Oh no!! Bad times for Toyota. I see a major project being scoped as I write. Seems no matter how large your reputation, it can still come tumbling down. Can this be turned around, can Toyota reclaim its loyal customers? If it is to do so, I suggest pulling the team together and start brain storming and begin probably the biggest project they have undertaken in the last 10 years or more.

One of the things that makes me chuckle is when people introduce themselves as a project manager and you start talking to them about project management and then you realise they are not a real project manager.
